“Just Breathe”
Imagine,
To be able to “just breathe” for a moment,
To quiet your mind ,
To allow the warmth of healing for just a moment,
To allow your mind, body, and spirit to release pain and tension,
To be able to experience full mindless relaxation, for just a moment,
a moment to “just breathe.”
-Marie Tarentino, MSPT, CLC, CST, RM
